  1. Day 1 Leh

    → After landing at your dream destination, you will get more than half of a day to get yourself acclimatize to such a high altitude climate.
    → As soon as you reach the city of Leh, get yourself accommodated in the best quality hotel where you can enjoy your pleasant stay.
    → Later in evening head yourself over to nearby attractions such as Leh market & Shanti Stupa for Sunset.
    → Have a mouthwatering dinner buffet by 8 pm.
    → Post dinner, enjoy team games. Overnight stay in Leh.

  2. Day 2 Leh to Sham Valley to Leh

    → After breakfast, drive to a village named Nimmoo, a view of the confluence of Zanskar River & Indus River.
    → Later visit Magnetic Hill & Pathar Sahib Gurudwara.
    → Now visit Indus View Point & then Spituk Monastery & later Hall of Fame.
    → Arrive back to your hotel in evening.
    → Have your delicious dinner after a fruitful day.
    → Overnight stay in Leh.

  3. Day 3 Leh to Khardungla to Nubra

    → After breakfast, head towards Nubra Valley (Known as the Valley of Flowers and the warmest region in Ladakh) via Khardungla (Highest Motorable road in the World)
    → Enroute, enjoy the spectacular views of the snow capped mountain ranges around Khardung La Pass (18,380 feet).
    → After spending some time at Khardung La Cafe (World’s Highest Cafe), proceed towards Diskit Monastery around 1 pm. You will witness Shyok river which originates from China & passing through India & going to Pakistan.
    → Around 2:30 pm check-in at your hotel & freshenup.
    → At 3:30 pm head towards Sand Dunes for Camel Safari / ATV Ride along Shyok River. Evening back to hotel.
    → Have dinner by 9 pm & overnight stay in Nubra Valley.

  4. Day 4 Nubra to Turtuk to Nubra

    → After breakfast, full day excursion to Turtuk.
    → Turtuk is a small village located in Nubra Valley region of Ladakh. It is the northernmost village in India lying very close to the India Pakistan border, in the Baltistan region.
    → Turtuk is an unexplored and offbeat place, opened to tourists only in 2010.
    → Taste the variety of fruits Turtuk is known for, specially apricots. Wonderland of Turtuk, flanked by Nubra on one side and Baltistan on the other, lies along the shores of Shyok River.
    → Visit Karakoram Mountain Ranges near Turtuk & Rzaba Turtuk Bridge. Return back to hotel in evening.
    → Have dinner by 8 pm. Post dinner, time for group games.
    → Overnight stay in Nubra Valley.

  5. Day 5 Nubra to Pangong

    → After breakfast, we will start the day following the same route towards Leh till we reach Khalsar. From the Agyam bridge, we will take the left route which leads us to the villages of Shyok and Durbuk. After Durbuk, take left towards Tangtse and follow the traditional route.
    → Drive further to Pangong Lake one of the largest and most beautiful natural brackish lakes in the Himalayas.
    → Situated at 14000 ft, more than half of the lake is within Chinese Territory and only one third part lies in India.
    → Visit Pangong Lake View Point (3 Idiots Movie Shooting Point). Later explore the lake near your property.
    → Have your delicious dinner & enjoy natural stargazing from the property itself.
    → Overnight stay in Pangong.

  6. Day 6 Pangong to Tso Moriri

    → After breakfast, head towards Tso Moriri Lake via Chushul & Karzok.
    → Enroute witness Mirpal Tso Lake.
    → Evening visit beautiful Tso Moriri Lake and its surroundings.
    → Have your dinner by 8 pm.
    → Overnight stay in Tso Moriri.

  7. Day 7 Tso Moriri to Leh

    → After breakfast, head to the mesmerising Puga Valley in Ladakh, a hotspot of geothermal activities and scenic natural beauty.
    → Then we will visit one of the most beautiful Gompa in Leh i.e Thiksey Monastery.
    → Now we will visit Rancho School (3 Idiots Movie).
    → Later drive straight to Leh.
    → Arrive at your hotel in evening.
    → Have your buffet dinner & enjoy with your group being the last night of a memorable trip.
    → Overnight stay at Leh.

  8. Day 8 Leh

    → After breakfast, check-out & head towards Leh Airport.

Cancellation & Refund Policy 

Cancellation By You:

In order to cover our expected loss from the cancellation of the booking there is set scale of charges which must be paid by you or anyone traveling with you;

From the booking date till 60 days prior to the departure date, 0% of the package cost is chargeable.
From 60 days to 31 days prior to the departure date, 50 % of the package cost is chargeable.
From 30 days to 16 days prior to the departure date, 75 % of the package cost is chargeable.
From 15 days to 1 day prior to the departure date, 100 % of the package cost is chargeable.

No Show. No Refund.

Cancellation policy will differ during the peak season and popular places.

Note: Some Hotels Have Different Cancellation Policy’s at the time of Booking Confirmation we’ll forward the revised Cancellation Policy as Per Hotel Package Booked.

SOME CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICIES ARE OUT OF OUR TENDER:
Refund for hotel payment will follow the hotel’s cancellation policy
Train tickets cancellations will follow the Railway’s policy
Flight tickets cancellations will follow the airlines’ company policy

OUR LIABILITIES & LIMITATIONS:
Please note that after the finalization of the Tour/ service Cost, if there are any Hike in entrance fees of monuments/museums, Taxes, fuel cost or guide charges – by Govt of India, the same would be charged as extra.

Changes Made By Us Before Travel:

We reserve the right to do any change to your Holiday program due to unexpected conditions. If you do not want to accept a significant change, which we will tell you about before you depart, we will (if we are able to do so) offer you an alternative holiday of equivalent or closely similar standard and price at no extra cost, or a less expensive Holiday, in which case we will refund the difference in price. If you do not wish to take the alternative we offer you, you can choose a different Holiday offered for sale by us and pay, or receive a refund of, any price difference. Or, if you prefer, you can cancel your Holiday and receive a full refund of deposits, which you have paid to us, except for any amendment charges of Rs 1500 – 5500.00.

Unless the change is as a result of circumstances such as fighting, disturbance, terrorist movement, natural tragedy, fire, bad weather conditions, we will pay you compensation as;

Before 12 or Fewer days prior to the departure date, Deposits only.

In case we cancel your tour due to unavoidable circumstances like when we won’t be able to provide you some or full promised services, then we will refund the full amount of deposits.

Circumstances Beyond Our Control:

We cannot pay any compensation, reimburse expenses, or cover losses for any amount or otherwise accept responsibility if as a result of circumstances beyond our control, we have to change your Holiday after booking, or we, cannot supply your Holiday, as we had agreed, or you suffer any loss or damage of any description. When we refer to circumstances beyond our control, we mean any event that we could not foresee or avoid, even after taking all reasonable care. Such circumstances will usually include but are not limited to, war, the threat of war, airport closures, epidemic, natural or nuclear disaster, terrorist activity, civil unrest, industrial dispute, bad weather.
